"ROGER HODGSON WILL PLAY WITH FIVE MUSICIANS"

Roger Hodgson, the voice and former member of symphonic rock band Supertramp, assures that the show he will play in Caracas next February 17th at Sambil Amphitheater will be totally different from the shows he played in the past. "It won't even be like the shows I'm playing this year. It will be very special", British songwriter announces.

"In the rest of the world I've been playing mostly alone, rarely accompanied by other performers. But now I'm making up a very good band and we will be five musicians on stage", he adds. He also says that he won't be accompanied by old mates from Supertramp, who he played with from 1969 to 1983, but "other artists I've recruited recently".

About the repertoire he'll play during his show in Caracas, Hodgson says he will include all his greatest hits from his solo career and from his former band. "I use to change the setlist every night, depending on the audience and my mood. Sometimes I exclude any song or I remember another one I've not played for many time. I think I'll play one or two unreleased pieces like 'The awakening'. Maybe it's a risk, but I want people also knowing my own name".
