Germany 2004

The Night of the Proms is a spectacular celebration of classical music and pop that takes place every year. In 2004 in Germany Roger Hodgson and pop artists Joe Cocker, Shaggy, and DJ Bobo performed their greatest hits with the accompaniment of a 70-piece symphonic orchestra, 50-person choir, and the John Miles Electric Band. It was truly one of the most popular musical events in Europe!

Belgium 2004

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Night of the Proms, the producers invited special guest artists who have headlined the Proms over the years. Other artists who performed included James Brown, Joe Cocker, Shaggy and Damian. Audiences in Belgium were delightfully surprised by Roger’s guest appearance at these five special performances.

France 2004

In spring, the Night of the Proms is staged in the French speaking part of Belgium (Charleroi), immediately followed by a ten-city tour in France. Other artists this year included Roch Voisine, Patrick Firori and The Pointer Sisters.
